All sales are final. We do not accept returns or provide refunds for change of mind.
Refunds, replacements, or repairs will only be provided where required under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or modifies your rights under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) or any other applicable consumer protection laws.
If you believe your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and details of the issue so we can assess your claim in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
