At Draggin's Den, we aim to dispatch all in-stock orders as quickly as possible. Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days. Once your order has been shipped, tracking information will be provided where applicable.
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier. Draggin's Den is not responsible for delays caused by shipping providers, severe weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct when placing your order. We are not responsible for orders that are delayed, lost, or returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
